If there is a valid reason why you are not happy with your K-Way (size is too big, product is damaged, non-compliant product, etc.), you have 14 days upon receiving your order to let us know about the problem.
In order to do this, use the article return form.
As soon as we’ve received your package, we will then verify the state of the product and start the refund process for the product.
The refund for your K-Way can either be made as a direct refund to your account or we can offer you another K-Way at the same price.
As a reminder, the return costs are fully charged to the consumer (including customs fees).
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that returned K-Ways must be in a like-new condition, without any wear and be in its original packaging.
